Banana Bread

Dough for six loaves of bread.

Ingredients
| 4 cups | mashed bananas |
| 5 cups | sugar |
| 6 cups | wheat flour |
| 2 cups | vegetable oil |
| 8 | eggs |
| 4 teaspoons | baking soda |
| 2 teaspoons | ground nutmeg |
| 2 teaspoons | ground cinnamon |
| 2 teaspoons | ground cloves |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
Preparation
Blend all ingredients well. Grease 6 bread forms with margarine and pour dough into each one making sure the dough won't go over half way up the forms.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for one hour. To verify if dough is well baked, poke bread with a clean, dry knife. If knife comes out clean, it's a sign the dough is well baked. Remove from oven and unmold.
You can still make this delicious bread richer by adding half a cup of raisins and half a cup of walnuts.
