Mini Cheese Balls
|250 g (0.5 lb)||wheat flour|
|125 g (4.4 oz)||butter|
|100 g (3.5 oz)||grated parmesan cheese|
|1 teaspoon||baking powder|
Mix all ingredients well, pack dough into a bowl and let it stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then make little balls and give them a light press with a fork. Get a cookie sheet, grease and dust it with wheat flour and arrange the cheese balls on it.
Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C.
