Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients
250 g (0.5 lb) | wheat flour |
125 g (4.4 oz) | butter |
100 g (3.5 oz) | grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon | baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | salt |
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well, pack dough into a bowl and let it stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then make little balls and give them a light press with a fork. Get a cookie sheet, grease and dust it with wheat flour and arrange the cheese balls on it.
Bake for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C.
