Tomato and Mozzarella Cheese Salad

Salad of tomatoes, mozzarella and balsamic garnished with basil.
|200 g (7 oz)||mozzarella cheese|
|2 tablespoons||balsamic vinegar|
Rinse tomatoes with fresh water and cut them in thick slices. Arrange the tomatoe slices orderly, sprinkle with salt and on each one of them top with a thick slice of the mozzarella cheese. Add the vinegar and garnish with the parsley.
