|1 can||sweetened condensed milk|
|sugar to caramelize form|
Bring all ingredients into a blender and blend well.
Put one cup of sugar in a bundt cake pan (hollow in the middle) and heat it up until it becomes caramel-like. When sugar completely melts and turns into a dark golden color, slightly tilt pan and rotate at the same time making sure the caramelized sugar covers all the innner surface so it will be easier to remove the pudding when it's ready to unmold. Now pour the blended ingredients into the caramelized pan and bring it to the stove top to cook for 30 minutes in a bain-marie (double-boiler).
This pudding can also be baked in the oven, in a Pyrex baking form greased with butter, in a bain-marie.
Variations: You can also substitute orange juice (or any other fruit juices) for the milk. Try adding to the ingredients 100 g (3.5 oz) of grated parmesan cheese.
