Ham and Cheese Pie
|200 g (7 oz)||cooked ham|
|100 g (3.5 oz)||sliced cheese|
|1 medium size||onion|
Prepare a basic pie crust (see Quiche Base Dough).
Place rolled-out pie crust dough in a round pie form greased with margarine. Alternatively layer with the ham and cheese and top with ring-sliced onions. Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
