Oven Baked Bell Peppers

Dish of peppers, ground beef, onion soup and fresh cream.

Ingredients
400 g | ground beef |
3 | big peppers (yellow, red and green) |
1 package | onion soup |
200 ml | fresh cream |
Preparation
Wash and clean the peppers and slice them. Mix the meat with the onion soup. In a pyrex, crumble the meat, cover with the peppers and drizzle with fresh cream. Bake at 200 °C for about half an hour.
