Ricotta Cheese Rolls

Fast preparation bread rolls.
Ricotta Cheese Rolls


300 g (10.6 oz)wheat flour
150 g (5.3 oz)ricotta cheese
75 g (2.6 oz)sugar
8 tablespoonsmilk
6 tablespoonsvegetable oil
1 tablespoonbaking powder
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1egg yolk
dash of salt


Blend all ingredients well, with the exception of the wheat flour and the baking powder (which will be added later, by the tablespoonfuls, after being sifted).

Make little rolls by hand and arrange them orderly on a greased cookie sheet. Add a little milk to the egg yolk, beat well and use mixture to brush the top of rolls.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 200 °C for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
