|100 g (3.5 oz)||shredded coconut|
|dash of salt|
Mix together the sugar and butter then add the egg yolks, the condensed milk and the coconut. Beat the egg whites vigorously until reaching a snow-white, firm consistency and add to the dough. Pour into paper cup cake forms and place them orderly onto a cookie sheet. Bake in a low temperature oven for 30 minutes.
