|400 g (14 oz)||celery|
|100 g (3.5 oz)||ground beef|
|100 g (3.5 oz)||cooked ham|
|1 l (4 cups)||meat broth (Maggi, Knorr, etc.)|
|1 small can||mushrooms|
|2 tablespoons||chopped parsley|
|1 tablespoon||lemon juice|
|salt, pepper and nutmeg|
Season the ground beef with salt and the finely chopped onion then sauté. Now add the ham cut into small pieces.
Rinse the celery, cut it into strips and add the sliced mushrooms (drain water from the mushroom container) and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
Now add to the sautéed portion the meat broth, the celery and mushrooms. Wait until the celery cooks thoroughly. Season with pepper, nutmeg, the finely chopped parsley and salt (add more salt if necessary). Let it boil for a little while and turn off the heat.
Serve with toasted white bread slices.
