Cheese Pudding

Ingredients

2 glassesmilk
4eggs
2 cupssugar
1 tablespoonbutter
100 g (3.5 oz)grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a blender put the eggs, milk and sugar and blend well. Pour mixture in a bowl and add the cheese and the lightly melted margarine.

Heat up half a cup sugar until it reaches caramel consistency and pour it into a bundt cake pan (hollow in the middle) glazing the entire inner surface. Then pour in mixture and bring to the stove top to cook in bain-marie (double-boiler) for 30 minutes.

Wait until cooled down then unmold.
