Coca Cola Cake

Easy preparation cake.

Ingredients
| 3 cups | wheat flour |
| 11/2 cup | sugar |
| 4 tablespoons | butter |
| 3 tablespoons | unsweetened baking chocolate powder |
| 1 tablespoon | baking powder |
| 1 cup | Coca Cola |
| 4 | eggs |
| grated rind from one lemon | |
| dash of salt |
Preparation
Mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well. Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the mixture by the tablespoonfuls, alternating with the Coke. And finally, mix in the lemon rind.
Pour dough in a greased cake pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for 50 minutes.
