Garlic and Oil Spaghetti

Quick preparation spaghetti, fried on garlic and oil.

Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) | spaghetti |
4 tablespoons | Mazola oil |
2 big cloves | garlic |
1 teaspoon | saffron powder |
1 tablespoon | salt |
Preparation
Cook spaghetti "al dente" with salt in 2 liters (2 quarts) water. Drain well. Warm up the vegetable oil in a large frying pan and fry the mashed garlic until light brown, add the saffron and lastly the spaghetti. Give it a little try and see if it has enough salt and serve immediately.
