Meat Pancake

Thin pancakes filled with minced meat and covered with tomato sauce.

Ingredients

400 gminced meat
1carrot, grated
1onion
1/2pepper
1clove of garlic
cilantro and chives
salt, pepper and cumin
1 tablespoontomato extract
dough
1 cupwheat flour
1 cupmilk
1egg
11/2 tablespoonsbutter
1 tablespoonparmesan
salt
sauce
200 gtomato
cilantro, onion, garlic
salt
parmesan

Preparation

Fry the meat with the chopped spices in hot oil until all the liquid has evaporated. Add grated carrot and set everything aside.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough well in a blender. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and then fry the pancakes. Fill the finished pancakes with the meat, roll them up and place them on a platter.

Prepare tomato sauce to taste, pour over the pancakes and sprinkle with parmesan.

Optional: garnish with lettuce leaves. Instead of minced meat you can use shredded chicken.
