Ingredients

1 kg (2 lb)round steak
1 bottleMalzbier
1 packetonion soup mix (Maggi, Knorr, etc.)
pepper and cumin
garlic and salt

Preparation

Season the round steak with pepper, cumin, pressed garlic and a little salt. Pour some vegetable oil in a pressure cooker and cook both sides of the seasoned steak for a few minutes until golden. Now add the Malzbier and the onion soup mix, cover pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.

You might want to add some cooked vegetables, like carrots and potatoes, to the sauce that forms after cooking is done.
