|500 g (1 lb)||pumpkin|
|1 cup||wheat flour|
|1 tablespoon||grated parmesan cheese|
|1 scant teaspoon||salt|
|sugar and ground cinnamon|
Get your pumpkin ready (peel and remove seeds). Mash or grate it by using utensils at hand. Add wheat flour, the egg, the cheese and salt. Mix well.
Pour some vegetable oil in a large skillet, heat it up and add the desired amount of dough to form the pancakes. Bake both sides well. Place them on a large, serving plate, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Substitute margarine for the vegetable oil, if you prefer.
