Pumpkin with Apples and Leek

Ingredients
1 kg (2.2 lb) | pumpkin |
250 g (0.5 lb) | green apples |
1 stalk | leek |
2 tablespoons | oil |
4 tablespoons | dry white wine |
nutmeg, salt and pepper at will |
Preparation
Rinse, peel and remove seeds from pumpkin and apples and dice them thoroughly. Rinse leek and chop into small rings. Toss everything well, fry in the vegetable oil and let it cook for 8 minutes in its very sauce that forms. Then add the wine, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few more minutes before serving.
