Ricotta Dip

This dip can accompany boiled potatoes or simply be eaten with bread.

Ingredients

125 gricotta
200 gnatural yogurt
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1 cupchopped green herbs
1 clovegarlic
salt and pepper

Preparation

Whip the ricotta, yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice into a cream. Add the crushed garlic with the chopped green herbs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and serve.
