Soy Cake

Moist and juicy cake, combining soy and coconut milk.

Ingredients

300 gsoy
200 gsugar
100 gwheat
100 gbutter
150 mlcoconut milk
3eggs
1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2 teaspooncloves
pinchsalt

Preparation

The soy used is the soy that remains after the milk is taken out (see Soy Milk recipe).

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one by one, the soy, the sifted wheat, and the other ingredients.

Grease a rectangular baking pan, pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
