White Pudding

Light and nutritious dessert.
White Pudding


1 cansweetened condensed milk
1 cancoconut milk
2 cansmilk
3 tablespoonscorn starch (Argo, Maizena, etc.)
100 g (3.5 oz)dried plums
1 cupsugar


Dissolve the corn starch with a little milk, then add all other ingredients (except the plums and sugar) and cook to a boil. Pour into a wet pudding mold. Let it cool down, bring to the refrigerator and unmold to serve. Top with the plum sauce.

Plum sauce: Mix together the plums, the sugar and half a glass of water and bring to a boil until light sauce forms. Pour over the pudding.
