|1 can||coconut milk|
|3 tablespoons||corn starch (Argo, Maizena, etc.)|
|100 g (3.5 oz)||dried plums|
Dissolve the corn starch with a little milk, then add all other ingredients (except the plums and sugar) and cook to a boil. Pour into a wet pudding mold. Let it cool down, bring to the refrigerator and unmold to serve. Top with the plum sauce.
Plum sauce: Mix together the plums, the sugar and half a glass of water and bring to a boil until light sauce forms. Pour over the pudding.
