Ingredients
| 1 can | sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 can | coconut milk |
| 2 cans | milk |
| 3 tablespoons | corn starch (Argo, Maizena, etc.) |
| 100 g (3.5 oz) | dried plums |
| 1 cup | sugar |
Preparation
Dissolve the corn starch with a little milk, then add all other ingredients (except the plums and sugar) and cook to a boil. Pour into a wet pudding mold. Let it cool down, bring to the refrigerator and unmold to serve. Top with the plum sauce.
Plum sauce: Mix together the plums, the sugar and half a glass of water and bring to a boil until light sauce forms. Pour over the pudding.
