Peel and rinse yuca then cut into small pieces. You can also use a grater for this. Bring pieces (or grated yuca) and all other ingredients into a blender and blend well. Grease and dust a flat, wide pan and pour mixture in. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
