|100 g (3.5 oz)||either grated or shredded cheese|
|salt and pepper|
Place pie crust dough in a pie baking pan (ring mold optional) and gently poke bottom around with a fork.
Rinse leek stalks well, slice into rings and give them a quick fry on a little hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Let fried stalks cool down and spread them over pie crust dough. Top with cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
